Q1. How do I make a payment?
A1. To book an activity, please get in touch with us on our email or through phone number. We will provide you bank transfer details and confirm your booking.

Q2. What all do you include in your activities?
Inclusions vary across each activity, however, for most overnight activities or events we provide transfers, lodging, meals, insurance along with a City Crawl representative and depending on the type of activity, an expert guide. Since each activity is different, please go through the inclusions separately.

Q3. Are the activities pet friendly and child friendly?
Some camps and lodges allow pets, although our indoor activities may not be pet friendly. Most of our activities are child friendly, however, for children below 8 years of age, please confirm with us beforehand.

Q4. What to wear during a particular activity?
Please refer to our 'Things to Carry' section for each activity. Due to the variety of activities and different gear required for each mode, the apparel may vary.

Q5. How safe are your outdoor/adventure activities?
We take utmost care while designing and curating each experience to ensure your safety and as an added advantage, City Crawl offers insurance for all activities involving risk.

Q6. Can I pay on the spot instead of online?
In the interest of convenience and ensuring a booked spot for an activity, we recommend paying in advance. However, for some activities we may allow booking on the spot in case of an empty slot.
